MV VIAGENS is the official agency of the 17th CONGRESS FLUMINENSE OF CARDIOLOGY and among our responsibilities is to provide you with a trip with quality and the best prices in force. The related daily rates are special rates for participants and should only be applied to reservations requested through MV VIAGENS.

TAM - up to 10% discount
AVIANCA - up to 10% discount
GOL - 10% discount
* Discounts will be applied on the lowest current fare available on the Cia Aérea website at the time of issue.
Event's place:
- HOTEL ATLÂNTICO BÚZIOS CONVENTION CENTER
- Daily rate per apartment expressed in Reais (R $), including Service fees (10%) and ISS (5%), when charged.
- Daily rate based on accommodation in Standard / Superior / Luxury category
- Tourist tax: optional payment and not included in the daily rate.
- Request your reservation through our website www.mvviagens.com.br or socerj@mvviagens.com.br, thus speeding up the confirmation of your request.
- Exclusive attendance point for congressmen at the event.
Form of payment:
> ACCOMMODATION:
The total value of the package can be paid in up to 03 installments without interest or in cash, through bank slips, since the last payment does not exceed the date of 30 September 2019.
> AIR PASSAGE:
Installed in up to 06 interest-free installments by credit card - as long as the minimum amount of each installment is not less than R $ 55.00.
Comments:
- Installments allowed only for cards issued in Brazil.
- The installment conditions may change depending on the financing policy of the airlines.
- Consult us about the other airlines.
Cancellation policy / alteration (hosting):
Cancellations must be written in writing: marino@mvviagens.com.br
MV Viagens will charge a 10% tax to collect administrative fees for cancellation at any time.
Feitoral cancellations between 59 and 30 days before your date: A MV Viagens will charge a tax
10% to collect administrative fees and a penalty corresponding to a hotel escort.
* Feitos cancellations with less than 30 days of money, there will be no refund.
* Request for alteration with less than 30 days of check-in, there will be no refund.
